The service

evenpot helps groups record shared expenses and see who owes whom. It is a tracking tool, not a payment or banking service.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the expenses and amounts you enter.
• Balances and settlement suggestions are informational; the actual money transfer happens between you and other members outside the app.

No financial service

evenpot does not move money. Any IBAN or note is shown to members only. We are not a party to any payment between users.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
